Nolan Clare, ALA, CDP
President, Senior Advisor
Nolan founded Clare Senior Advisors to provide expert advice and advocacy to families navigating the complex senior health industry. Prior to creating Clare Senior Advisors, Nolan spent 11 years working in a variety of management positions in the senior living industry. All in, Nolan has been serving seniors for more than 18 years.
His experience includes years of service as the Administrator of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Nebraska and Iowa. He is a passionate advocate for seniors experiencing Dementia and serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Nebraska Chapter.
Emilee Jochim, CDP
Director of Advisor and Business Development, Senior Advisor
Emilee has a passion for helping seniors, especially those suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of dementia. For more than 20 years, Emilee has helped seniors in a variety of roles. Her experience, empathy, and passion make her an effective Senior Advisor.
Her experience includes eight years in Assisted Living Management and as the Co-Chair for the 2018 and 2019 Dementia Care Conferences.
Mary Grosserode
Senior Advisor
Over the last 20+ years, Mary has helped hundreds of older adults in their search to find the right Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care facility to meet their needs.

Mary understands the needs of her clients and will work tirelessly for them. Her mother had Alzheimer's disease and knows first hand the struggles many of our clients have. Her personal and professional experiences have helped her become the advocate she is today.

When Mary isn't serving her clients, she is serving the greater Omaha community as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association.

Tracey Krayneski, RN
Senior Advisor
For 30+ years, Tracey has been serving patients and their families as a Registered Nurse. She has cared for patients through her work in Home Health, Medical Clinics, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities. She is an expert at identifying our clients' needs and matching them with senior living communities and/or in-home care companies who are able to meet those needs.

Tracey is the proud mother of two. Her son is an active duty Marine in the United States Marine Corps. She is passionate about serving our Veterans and helping them get the benefits they deserve.
Tracey has focused her volunteer efforts on supporting elders who experience Neuro-Muscular diseases (i.e. Parkinson's Disease).

Lisa Summers, ALA, CDP
Senior Advisor
Over the last 15+ years, Lisa has served seniors in a variety of roles. She started her career in Senior Living as the Director of Recreation at a Bellevue, NE Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. In this position she developed a passion for serving seniors.
As her career progressed she was offered new opportunities to serve seniors including as a Senior Living Consultant, Director of Memory Care, Director of Resident Services, and the Administrator for an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.
In 2020, Lisa was appointed to be the Executive Director of the Hillcrest Foundation for Enhancing Lives. She continues to serve this Foundation and is dedicated to its mission. Lisa continues to serve (for 6+ years) the Bellevue, NE Senior Community Center on their Board of Directors.
Amy Robbins
Senior Advisor
For more than 16 years, Amy has been serving patients and professionals in the Senior Living Industry. Back in 2010, Amy was Omaha's first "Senior Living Advisor." She helped define the profession and inspired others to become Senior Living Advisors. Amy has also worked to ensure high quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists are available to Seniors in Nursing Home and Assisted Living Communities regardless of where they live. While her professional experience is varied, role has always been working directly with families as they work to find the right care for their loved one.
Amy, along with her husband, has four sons and one daughter-in-law. Of course they will all tell you that her youngest child (with fur and four legs) is her favorite!
Amy is a past member of the Board of Directors for Angels Among Us, an Omaha Non-Profit Organization that supports families with children battling cancer.
